Job Role Responsibilities


  • Assist ESM (Enterprise Service Management) project with evaluation and implementation of ServiceNow capabilities within the organization
  • Understanding governance of specific data objects and info flows in ServiceNow, project work for existing and new capabilities during design in ServiceNow
  • Work as an interface working with customers to understand their requirement and help guide through successful execution
  • Help project focus on value delivery using automation capabilities


Job Requirement


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology or BSc from a recognized university with 6 CGPA and above
  • ServiceNow admin, application developer and IT service management certified
  • Sound understanding of ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Integration experience with 3rd party tools (Uni & Bi-directional) 
  • Knowledge of web 2.0 technologies such as Java scripting, XML, HTML, Ajax, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), Perl, Apache Jelly, jQuery, AngularJS, etc.,
  • Senior-level experience in service catalog, service portal, and widget customization
  • Experience with user interface design 
  • Experience with software development processes
  • Experience with agile frameworks (particularly scrum techniques and artifacts)
  • Experience on Service Now process rationalization, redesign, training and MoC (Management of Change)
  • Knowledge on projects delivery on new ServiceNow capabilities in service management
  • Experience working with project groups/committees to ensure adoption of critical success factors in ServiceNow environment
  • Knowledge on APIs (Application Programming Interface) or OOTB (Out of the Box) integration of Service Now with different tools within organization

Preferred Skills


  • Knowledge on ITIL (Information Technology Information Library), ADO Board (Azure Boards), Azure DevOps
