ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India
ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.
ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.
The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

What role you will play in our team
ExxonMobil is seeking a strong, experienced talent acquisition lead to join our dynamic global recruiting team driving competitive advantage through our people. To be successful in this role, you must quickly build understanding of our business needs, employee value proposition and be in a position to translate business strategy and objectives into high-value impact. You will be a strategic, innovative, and a critical thinker who is outcome focused, a “driver” who effectively challenges organizational paradigms and has demonstrated ability to effectively lead transformational change. What you will do
- Reporting to the Global Experienced Recruiting Leader in Baengulru, you will help build and lead a team of experienced recruiters and sourcers in Bangalore focused on senior level recruiting and niche/new market roles at all levels across ExxonMobil – India
- Through collaboration and partnership, you will implement recruiting process to significantly enhance the experienced and niche hiring experience
- You will ensure a unified approach across our business lines and centralized organizations that drives efficiency and effectiveness to deliver the talent needed to enable our business strategy
- You will be ready to roll up your sleeves to identify competency gaps across hiring teams and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper training for hiring teams as needed
- Based on capability and performance, this role will provide opportunities for future roles across ExxonMobil’s HR organization
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 15+ years of progressive Recruiting experience, including, but not limited to
- Leading and scaling global recruiting teams to effectively meet recruiting targets
- Strong understanding of and experience across AsiaPacific talent markets
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and country-specific compensation components and associated legalities
- Experienced in effectively operating away from HQ while understanding the importance of partnership with his/her international peers and operating globally vs siloed in a respective region.
- Be an excellent people manager and coach to drive results and process enhancements as needed
- Be a trusted strategic advisor to ExxonMobil’s leaders across all functions to ensure process rigor and efficiency in the pursuit of attracting and acquiring the best talent for the company
