Job Role Summary


Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders and leaders to deliver HR services in following areas:
    • Performance management
    • Staffing and development
    • Organizational effectiveness
    • Employee engagement and communications
    • Benefits administration
  • Manage processes for employee resignations / separations / settlements
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
  • Oversee lease car administration
  • Receive and respond to statutory notices and facilitate inspections
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Handle invoices

 

Job Requirements:

  • A master’s degree in management from a recognized university specializing in human resource
  • Three to six years of relevant work experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
