Job Role Summary

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute initiatives for retail channel expansion in India
  • Implement annual sales and marketing plan
  • Coordinate India marketing activities and act as India marketing contact for lubricants global business unit and other functions
  • Provide market data, observations and trends to facilitate strategy development

 
Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s from a recognized university in Engineering with minimum GPA 6.5 and above
  • Minimum of five years’ marketing experience with FMCG, CPG, paints, tire, or lubricant companies in the following areas:
    • Execute B2C retail marketing programs
    • Experience in ATL, BTL and digital communications and media mix selection
    • Manage multiple marketing agency relationships with reputed global / India agencies covering both ATL & BTL spend categories
  • Strong marketing experience in one of the following areas will be an advantage:
    • Brand and communications campaign management
    • e-Commerce
    • Retail channel engagement with proven credentials in developing digital solutions for retail channels 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
