Emergency Preparedness Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in management of global Emergency Alerts:
  • track country administrator turnover and training of new administrators
  • assist with Identity Manager data sync troubleshooting                                  
  • assist with report generation following system tests or actual alerts
  • assist Emergency Alerts Country Administrators with annual data updates / validation e-mails
  • assist country administrators in development of groups in Emergency Alerts
  • participate in periodic Emergency Alerts Community of Practice teleconference
  • act as point of contact for questions from Emergency Alerts Country Administrators (e.g. data, use of tool )
  • Interface with business line customers to gather the necessary inputs for updates to existing Emergency Response information:
    • manage /update business line emergency support group rosters and call-out lists
    • manage Personnel Resilience Database for business lines (e.g. sending out quarterly validation e-mails and update database)
  • Administration of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EP&R) training courses include maintaining materials, class registration/rosters
  • Assist with updates of EP&R SharePoint
  • Maintain a base knowledge of ExxonMobil Emergency Response structures and processes               

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering from a recognized university scoring GPA 6 and above
  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with database management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, interfacing with other programs, data cubes (SSAS))
  • Skills in analyzing and correcting data integrity issues
  • Experience coordinating efforts across multiple levels of the organization                
  • Able to work shift hours
