Job Role Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Creates/updates activities in SAP Success Factors learning management system
  • Supports the effective use of the SAP Success Factors learning management system by timely posting of training content and management of learning activities in the system
  • Collaborate with key learning interfaces to identify and implement appropriate learning solutions
  • Uses Best Practices guidelines to provide insights and feedback to the business lines and learning professionals
  • Works with Training Professionals to create and edit learning activities in SAP Success Factors learning management system. Supports Training Professionals on the development, design and sustainment of learning solutions (including life cycle management); when requested, supports evaluation of learning solutions (Build, Buy, Borrow) supported by most applicable learning delivery methods
  • Supports the development and release of learning activities working with Curriculum Managers and Content Owner SMEs utilizing Instructional Systems Design (IDS) prinicples
  • Executes roster or course transactions (assign courses, credit courses), when necessary
  • Maintains configuration of learning activities
  • When necessary, creates classes in SAP Success Factors learning management system, and ad hoc requests, to support the release of learning activities
  • Runs Learning stewardship reports for learning related queries
  • Facilitates the enhancement and use of reports to create products that meet the business line needs
  • Provides SAP Success Factors learning management system user support for course assignment requirements
  • Configures system generated training course evaluations.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work afternoon shift (until 10:30 pm) on an ongoing basis
  • Adaptation to new systems and flexibility with learning design highly beneficial
  • Prior experience with administrative aspects of SAP Success Factors learning management system, or other learning management systems, preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of learning activity creation and sustainment of learning management systems beneficial.
  • Fluent in English. Native Language and one language (preferably two) in geographic zone
  • Strong interpersonal skills across cultures
  • Communications skills (excellent written and verbal skills in English, including ability to effectively communicate via phone)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in any of the following languages is preferred:  German, French, Spanish
  • Strong computer literacy
