Job Role Summary

Job description:

  • Leads development of marketing technology and digital strategy; identify, prioritize, deploy digital assets, plans and initiatives to meet consumer brand and distribution growth objectives
  • Proactively identifies and communicates marketing technology trends and emerging business models enabled through digital technologies
  • Leads digital capability development within Market Business Unit to achieve business objectives; advances adoption of innovation
  • Regularly assess performance of digital assets and initiatives; proactively offers improvement recommendations
  • Maintain oversight on digital plan execution and maintenance of digital assets
  • Contributes and participates in Brand Experience networks; leverages and shares best practice and collaborates across business as required 

 

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business from a recognized university, scoring GPA 6.5 and above
  • 10 - 15 years of work experience in leading consumer brands.
  • Experience in Digital marketing will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
