Application Support Analyst

Job Role Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for Identity & Access Management application technical support and troubleshooting
    • Partner with other IT and non-IT groups in the resolution of Identity & Access Management application related issues
    • Perform application development (development, testing, programming/debugging)
    • Run data quality metrics tools and taking action to correct issues, including root cause analysis for systemic problems
    • Check the data is in compliance with defined data standards
    • Promote effective use of standard data management tools and processes, Management of Change data testing
  • Develop testing plan and integration testing of all functionality in acceptance environment through DevOps sprint cycle
  • Monitor applications performance and internal workflows through Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)  for bugs and enhancement opportunities


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT from a recognized university scoring GPA 6.0 and above
  • Minimum of one year experience in application development including development, testing, programming /debugging skills in Microsoft SQL Server, C#.Net 4.5, PowerShell, SailPoint, Oracle DB 11th generation
  • Minimum of three years’ experience and knowledge in application testing and application technical support
  • Prior work experience in active directory management / integration, in-group and access management for global, local, nested OU groups as well as inherited permissions
  • Strong knowledge of Master Data Governance, authoritative systems, relational database concepts
  • Prior work experience in writing SQL queries and scripts against highly abstracted model
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
