Job Role Summary


Job Responsibilities

  • In partnership with managed service providers or suppliers,
    • Provide management oversight of the delivery of a secure, cost effective and customer-focused service to ExxonMobil IT (EMIT) customers
    • Oversee the delivery of customer services (e.g., access administration)
    • Coordinate with teams to meet service targets and monitor work load and performance, determine trends and identify areas of improvement
    • Ensure timely communication to key customers


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in IT or computer science scoring GPA 6 and above
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading access administration operations and managing global customers and vendors
  • Demonstrated experience in project management or transition (change / problem) management
  • Strong knowledge of global identity and access administration, process and access control, IT Audit, incident response, and implementation of security policies and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
