Retail Help Desk Consultant

Job Role Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • In partnership with managed service provider or supplier,
    • Provide management oversight of the delivery of a secure, cost effective and customer-focused service to ExxonMobil IT (EMIT) customers
    • Oversee the delivery of customer services (e.g., Retail Help Desk.)
    • Coordinate with teams to meet service targets and monitor work load and performance, determine trends and identify areas of improvement
    • Ensure timely communication to key customers
  • Provide technical support for ExxonMobil computing environment (IT help desk) and retail help desk
  • Conduct access administration of IT supported infrastructure platforms and specific major applications (e.g. SAP)     


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or business customer service background
  • More than 10 years’ experience in leading help desk operations and managing global customers and vendors
  • Project management or transition (change / problem) management experience
  • Good command of English
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work well with others in a fast-changing environment
  • Good understanding of business controls
