We are seeking suitable candidates to join our team in Retail Territory Manager and Category Manager Ppositions based in Auckland, commencing in April 2020. Some of the role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Retail Territory Manager
-Effectively provide counseling, guidance and support to sustain superior operating and image standards
-Manage the Site Operator relationship, engage in marketing programs and take the lead on contract negotiation
-Steward on-site execution of consumer offers to deliver superior marketing, promotions and customer service programs.

Category Manager
-Responsible for the execution of category management activities, including convenience product selection, pricing, promotion and merchandising layout for their assigned categories across the store
-Provide convenience retailing expertise into the sales organization through effective interfaces
-Develop and executes programs, offers and strategies to meet customer needs
-Support Agents and Dealers to grow shop sales and increase foot traffic

 

You will have:
- 2-3 years of work experiences in sales and/or customer facing roles
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor) in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering
- Strong interest in various functions in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong leadership skills and a team player
- Strategic thinking
- Good communication skills
