Job Role Summary


The Territory Manager, as part of the Retail Sales group under the so called "Fuels Value Chain" organization, has overall responsibility to serve as the sale representative for fuel products of the company and business counselor accountable for all aspects of on-site operations for a defined  geography of dealer -operated service stations/stores, effectively counseling the site operator to deliver excellence in execution of the ExxonMobil customer offer and flawless operations resulting in optimal retail profitability.

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Implement local sales plan to meet annual planning, budgeting and marketing plan objectives
  • Remain fully abreast of market conditions, trends and emerging opportunities
  • Apply selling skills and consistently execute the sales processes such as sales pipeline management including regular analysis and follow-up
  • Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics or STEM
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Valid driving license
  • Communication with external parties and relationship management
  • Strong people / analytic / negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel locally (and occasionally international); adaptable to various working and living conditions
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and possesses excellent administrative and organizational competencies
  • Independent/High Flexibility to be able to relocate to upcountry areas
  • Great Problem Solving skills
